Product exchange and return conditions
- Returned products must be in their original packaging, 100% new.
- The warranty card (if any) and the company's stamp on the product must be intact.
- Products for exchange/return must include the box, user manual, accessories, andmust not have been used..
- For customers purchasing remotely, you will bear the shipping, packaging, cash on delivery, and communication costs equivalent to 25% of the order value.
Time to resolve exchange/return of goods
Within a maximum of 2 days (from the date the company receives the returned goods), the company will reship the goods according to the information requested by you.
